When is Check-in?
Check-in is located in the lobby of the Grand Vista on Front Beach Road. Check-in time is 4pm.
Is parking available?
Complimentary Parking is available in a parking garage adjacent to the resort. Grand Panama Beach Resort offers luggage carts and large elevators to help you comfortably settle into your suite. There is never a charge for parking or entry at our resort.
Is there a room cleaning service?
Grand Panama Beach Resort offers a daily cleaning service for your suite at a minimal additional fee. To offer the conveniences of home, we have equipped each room with a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
What should I bring
We suggest guests review the list of included amenities in each room, and contact us with any questions. Each privately owned suite can serve as home for one night or one season, but we realize your needs might be quite different from other guests.
Are there age restrictions?
To reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
When is check-in and check-out?
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Later checkout times are granted based upon availability. To inquire about departing at a later time, please contact the front desk. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, plus tax and a nonrefundable $40 damage waiver fee. If you cancel your reservation eight (8) days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Do you have a Hurricane Policy?
Grand Panama Beach Resort will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.
What is your Pet Policy?
With the exception of guide dogs, no pets are allowed on the property.
What is your winter guest cancellation policy?
Cancellations/Early Departures: Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund. There is a $50 processing charge on ALL cancellations. NO REFUNDS will be given for early departures without medical documentation! Prorate for extended reservations will be available up to 3 days before/after scheduled dates. Beyond that, normal daily charges will apply. Extension based on availability of assigned condo and does not apply to room transfers.
As a rental resort, does Grand Panama Beach Resort provide sheets, towels, pillows and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. You do not need to bring bed, bath or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen.
If we are renting just for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Whether you are renting for one night or an entire season, Grand Panama Beach Resort offers all of our guests the same room and property amenities. We encourage you to make use of everything!
What are the check-in and checkout times at Grand Panama Beach Resort?
A. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. If you would like to request a late checkout, please confirm your plans with the front desk. Options are based on availability. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.

What is the age requirement to rent a unit at the Grand Panama Beach Resort?
A. At least one person in your group must be 25 or older, although we make exceptions for married couples under the age of 25. Please contact reservations at 850.249.1244 for specific answers.
What are the hours of operation for Grand Panama Beach Resort’s front desk?
A. The front desk is staffed based on season.
If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.
Do you offer daily maid service?
A. While daily maid service can be ordered, it is not part of our ordinary service. Instead, guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each unit also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens.Daily maid service is available by request through the front desk at 850.249.1244. Additional fees, depending on the number of bedrooms, will be applied.Please note: Daily maid service might be included in-group meeting blocks.
Will we pay extra fees if we use the Fitness Center?
A. Since use of the Fitness Center is included as a service during your stay at Grand Panama Beach Resort, you will not incur any extra charges no matter how often you use the facility.
Do you provide beach chairs?
A. Beach chairs are available to rent at an additional cost.
Do you provide beach towels?
A. Beach towels are not provided.
Do you provide a hair dryer?
A. Each unit has a hair dryer.
If I left something behind in my room at the Grand Panama Beach Resort, whom should I contact?
A. Please call our front desk at 850.249.1244 and ask for Lost and Found.
Does Grand Panama Beach Resort allow pets in the rooms?
A. With the exception of guide dogs, we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms.
Do you have high-speed Internet?
A. Guests can access wireless Internet at most locations on the property.
Are there grills on the property?
A. Grills are available on the Grand Panama Beach Resort property in our designated outdoor picnic areas and at pools.
Are coolers allowed in pool area?
A. While coolers are prohibited by the pool, guests may take them to the beach. Please note, however, that glass containers are not allowed on the beach.
What is your refund policy for hurricanes?
A. If the Bay County Emergency Operations Center orders a mandatory evacuation for the resort, your money will be refunded.
